The Watershed sits just above the promenade of Darling Harbour giving it a true waterfront feel. Watershed can be hired exclusively for larger functions. Hire of both Watershed & Cohibar can accommodate groups of 600 or more. There is an external staircase joining both venues.
This Sydney Waterfront venue holds a variety of events including corporate gatherings, product launches, birthday or engagement parties. Watershed can cater for groups from as little as 20 guests through to large functions up to 600.

The terrace overlooks Darling Harbour towards Cockle Bay and the central CBD. Caters for 20 to 60 guests standing and is an outsides pace with limited covered area. This area can be combined with the Banquettes (see above) to accommodate larger groups of up to 100 guests.

Caters for 20 to 50 guests seated and standing. This area overlooks the Entertainment Area and internal bar space. Ideal for smaller groups, drinks, canapes or bottle service bookings later in the night on weekends.
50 (cocktail style)
Caters up to 100 guests for standing events. High cocktail tables available. Contains data projector, large screen and pool table. Theatre style seating option. Also can be connected to Banquettes to accommodate larger groups.
100 (cocktail style) / 60 (banquet style)
The Harbour Terrace overlooks Darling Harbour towards the northern city skyline. It caters for 20 to 60 guests and is external with a large glass awning covering most of the area. The area is multi use including cocktail and seated dining possibilities.
