As we enter the ‘new normal’ PARKROYAL Parramatta remains a safe haven for all your business and travel needs. As a NSW government registered COVID safe business, we have implemented various new cleaning and disinfecting policies, protocols and social distancing measures with the health and safety of guests being paramount.

A total of 13 conference rooms, 8 of which have natural light. Attendees can also enjoy a newly refurbished wing of the building with 70 new accommodation rooms.

DOES A VENUE HIRE FEE APPLY?
A minimum spend applies for all meeting and event spaces.

WHAT IS THE LATEST TIME THE VENUE WILL ALLOW AN EVENT TO RUN?
Conference rooms have midnight curfew with final drinks at 11:30pm.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL COSTS (ie: security, staffing, service charges etc)
Everything is factored in to the quote, meaning no surprise costs.

DOES THE VENUE ALLOW OUTSIDE CATERING?
No

CAN UNDERAGE GUEST ATTEND EVENTS? ARE THERE ANY RULES / RESTRICTIONS AROUND THIS?
Yes, however rules / restrictions are outlined on a case by case basis
