Fitzrovia is an all day dining restaurant overlooking Albert Park from Chef Paul Jewson and Marco Pugnaloni.
Situated in a beautiful converted Federation mansion house, Fitzrovia sparkles with ornate pressed tin ceilings, exposed handmade bricks, beautiful leadlight and inspiring views of the city skyline through Albert Park.
From 7.00am when the first breakfast dishes leave the kitchen, and the wonderful smell of Cameron firing up the Synesso for the morning coffee fix, right the way through to the bustle of dinner service and late night cocktails, they love food; they spend most of our day working with it, selecting it, arguing about it and dreaming up new ways of using it.
The terrace is the perfect location for cocktails before dinner, watching the sunset through the ancient plane trees of the ‘Paris’ end of bustling Fitzroy Street, St Kilda.
Their ethos is to create luxe comfort food, inspired by provincial Italian and British cuisine – big flavours with rough edges.
