FLINDERS ST AMPHITHEATRE
Opposite the glorious St. Paul’s Cathedral and right next door to the densest foot traffic in all of Fed Square, the Flinders St Amphitheatre is a marvel of ingenious sound design. Inspired by the amphitheatres of Rome and Greece, sound is captured and amplified within the amphitheatre, and yet blocked as if by magic from Flinders St next door.
The result is a venue that enjoys both the benefits of public access and high foot traffic and the boons of smaller, more private seating for up to 300 people, with access into the Main Square to boot. It’s perfect for public performances, artistic installations, leisure and health activities, promotional events and more!

River Terrace is the walkway from Princes Bridge to Birrarung Marr, between Fed Square and the water. Flanked on all sides by icons of Melburnian architecture and some of the most tranquil, warm and enjoyable views in the city, River Terrace is highly sought after as a venue for its high natural foot traffic, beautiful surroundings and status as a prime gateway to and from the CBD.
Because of this, it’s a regular site for markets, festivals, event launches and sporting activities seeking to take advantage of its steady pedestrian flow and a shape that lends itself to long rows of marquees and stalls.
