This venue offers 10 flexible function venues in the heart of the city, surrounded by the city’s best shopping, dining and entertainment.

Located in the heart of Auckland CBD

Car parking is available at 50% off in the Atrium car park adjacent to the hotel, Monday – Friday before 6pm. For events on a Saturday or Sunday there will be a maximum rate of $18 (up to 12 hours). A night rate of $10 is available from 5pm until 6am Monday through to Sunday.

For guests staying in the hotel the parking charge will be $26 per night Monday to Friday and $15 per night on Saturday and Sunday. The parking for delegates may be settled directly or via your master account.

Important:

Early bird, Saturday, Sunday and evening flat rate parking charges cannot be discounted. Lost tickets will incur a $36 lost ticket fee

Check out Aria Restaurant next to our lobby, serving New Zealand cuisine prepared with the best local and fresh produce and an extensive breakfast buffet seven days a week. Underage guest can attend events based on local laws.

CAN GUESTS STYLE / DECORATE THE EVENT SPACE?

Yes – all theming and decorating requirements must be approved by the hotel.

DOES THE VENUE SET UP FURNITURE?

The venue will set up all venue furniture. Third party furniture to be set up by suppliers.  We provide furniture, tables cloth, crockery, cutlery etc.

IS THERE AUDIO VISUAL (AV)?

Yes – this can be hired in at a cost

Vidcom New Zealand are a preferred and trusted supplier of AV equipment and services for Crowne Plaza Auckland. With onsite support the Vidcom team can provide you with any AV equipment including projectors, screens, sound and microphone equipment, live streaming solutions and more.

We are fully licensed hotel.  Events are licensed until 12am, room service is available 24 hours

WHAT ARE THE DEPOSIT TERMS?

30% of the events total value at signing the contract
40% of the remaining amount 60 days from arrival
14 days from arrival the balance of the contracted amount
3 days prior to event the balance once final numbers have been confirm

DO YOU OFFER FREE WIFI?
We offer complimentary wifi all through the hotel and for events. life streaming event will incur a fee based on their speed requirements.
