Busselton is located at the gateway to the Margaret River Region which places us in the perfect location with wineries on the doorsteps and the beautiful Geographe bay in the backyard.
The Busselton Jetty is just a 7 minute drive from the resort.
The nearest airport is the Busselton Margaret River Airport which was due to have a three times per week flight from Melbourne start at the end of March, however due to COVID-19 this has been postponed, therefore the nearest airport is Perth which is a 2.5 hour drive. There is plenty of free park onsite.

Yes this will be clearly stated in the quote provided. There are no hidden costs.
WHAT IS THE LATEST TIME THE VENUE WILL ALLOW AN EVENT TO RUN?
11:59pm is the latest, we ask for the noise to be reduced at 11pm.
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL COSTS (ie: security, staffing, service charges etc)
There is service charges on Sundays and public holidays due to increase labour costs. If additional security is required this can be arranged however this would be up to the client to organise.
DOES THE VENUE ALLOW OUTSIDE CATERING?
No as we are a full equipped facility we can cater to any requests.
CAN UNDERAGE GUEST ATTEND EVENTS? ARE THERE ANY RULES / RESTRICTIONS AROUND THIS?
Yes underage can attend, if there is an open bar wrist bands would be supplied for the underage to ensure that they are not being served alcohol. Under 18 years old is not allowed to be served alcohol.
CAN GUESTS STYLE / DECORATE THE EVENT SPACE?
Yes, However we do not allow anything to be adhered to the walls or ceiling.
DOES THE VENUE SET UP FURNITURE?
Yes this includes basic furniture. This would be discuss during the quote if there is additional equipment required there would be charge for the extra equipment.
IS THERE AUDIO VISUAL (AV)?
Yes basic AV is available onsite – data projector, pull up screen, speaker and microphone. Additional AV can be hired at a cost.

Yes all. As long as they adhere to the noise levels and times.
DO ANY OF YOUR EVENT SPACES HAVE ACCESS TO AN OUTDOOR AREA?
Yes we have a pool terrace, one of our bars as a terrace area, and we have large lawns and a BBQ area.
DOES THE VENUE HAVE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?
Yes all function rooms have wheelchair access. We also have ACROD approved hotel rooms (limited number)
WHAT TIME IS THE VENUE LICENSED UNTIL?
24 hours, we have special facilities licence. However we have a guideline that alcohol consumption only goes to 11:59pm
WHAT ARE THE DEPOSIT TERMS?
Venue hire is a non-refundable deposit at time of booking. The payment terms for individual books vary depending on the type of event booked.

Yes there is free WIFI in the function rooms and limited free WIFI in the accommodation.
