Missing those summers evening walks after dinner or that first glass of wine at the end of a relaxing day at the beach? Well……. why stop?
There is nothing stopping you throwing your runners on and going for a leisurely stroll around your neighbourhood or local park, or lapping up the evening sun and treating yourself to an after work bevvie at one of the many waterfront venues in Sydney or rooftop venues Melbourne.

3. Visualise your goals
Procrastination is always at its highest after you’ve had a break from work, however the New Year is a perfect time to reflect on the past 12 months and think about what you would like to achieve in 2019?
What does success look like for the year ahead both personally and professionally?
Record 2-3 goals for the next 12 months and understand what needs to happen for you to achieve these. Map out your journey with bite-sized steps to succeed.
4. Plan a holiday
Keep the holiday vibes alive by booking your next break. Whether it’s a weekend away to somewhere you have never been or a winter escape to a tropical island, nothing will beat the post-Christmas blues more than booking your next escape!
