How does My Venue Finder work?

Use our venue platform to search and discover venues that are perfectly suited to your event.  We feature a huge stock of venues ranging from hotels, bars, nightclubs, rooftop outdoor spaces, warehouses, restaurants, wineries, unique event spaces and more!

Simply submit an enquiry and let our team of venue experts get to work gathering all of the information you need (availability, pricing etc).  Interested in multiple venues? That’s fine, just add them to your FAVOURITES list, complete the enquiry form and we will do the leg work for you.

BEST OF ALL…… You will only need to deal with one point of contact, rather than multiple venue contacts until your final decision has been made.

We will present you with a comprehensive venue proposal / quote which is clearly laid out, allowing you to compare venues and facilities quickly and easily.  If you are still unsure or need further assistance just get in touch with your personalised venue finding consultant and we can organise viewings or gather further information to support you in your decision making process.  Once a decision has been made, we will facilitate the contract and introduce you to your onsite event manager.

Does it cost anything to use My Venue Finder?

No, our service is completely FREE to you.  We don’t charge you any booking or admin fees.

How can your service be free?

Just like a travel agent can book your flights or holiday without charging you, we can book your group or event.  As an agent, venues pay us a commission or ‘finders fee’ after the event

Can you get better rates than if I was to book with the venue directly?

We can often negotiate discounted rates based on our strong relationships with venues and large volume of events / groups we are confirming on behalf of our clients.  We also have our finger on the pulse in terms of market conditions so know where to focus our negotiations.

Can you book venues outside of Australia?

Yes, absolutely.  A large portion of our business is being booked overseas – so rest assured, we know our way around the world.
